Avinash Kumar – Founder & CEO
Avinash Kumar is the Founder and CEO of TechnoVITY Inc., an IBM software consulting company specializing in IBM Maximo, TRIRIGA (now Maximo Real Estate & Facilities), Red Hat OpenShift, and enterprise AI & automation solutions.
With nearly two decades of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), Avinash brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise, business process insight, and real-world transformation delivery.
He began his career as part of early global teams implementing TRIRIGA and quickly grew into senior technical and architectural roles, working on large-scale enterprise transformation programs across asset management, facilities, mobility, and system integration domains. Over the years, he has contributed to complex implementations for enterprise clients, supporting end-to-end delivery—from architecture and configuration to integrations, performance optimization, and production support.
Avinash later moved into a Technology Architect role within IBM’s ecosystem, where he worked closely with partners and enterprise customers across Maximo Application Suite, MREF (TRIRIGA), Watsonx, and Red Hat OpenShift. This experience gave him deep exposure to IBM’s AI and Automation portfolio and shaped his strategic, platform-driven consulting approach.
Through TechnoVITY, Avinash now focuses on helping organizations modernize asset and facilities management by combining strong domain knowledge, cloud-native platforms, and AI-powered accelerators—delivering measurable business value, operational efficiency, and future-ready solutions.
